Our Supportive Housing services are available to members requiring assistance finding housing resources. Enrolled members receive onsite and offsite case management by qualified Peer Services Specialists.

 

To ensure members have the skills necessary to create financial stability and successfully transition into community living we provide resources such as:

• tenant education

• credit counseling/repair

• budgeting guidance

 

Members living with disabilities can also receive additional housing assistance to support independent living stability.

Our Housing Specialist has dedicated drop-in hours on Fridays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, but please feel welcome to come in at any time to allow us to find service for you.
